A charge you don't recognise? Let's trace it to the exact plan.
Every Kings Mobile eSIM, virtual number and top-up leaves a payment trail. Give us the reference from your bank statement and we'll match it to the order, explain what you were billed for, and put things right if something went wrong.
Four steps, no ticket-tennis.
One specialist owns your case from the first message to the last. You'll never be asked to repeat the same details twice.
You describe it
Fill in the form below. Partial details are fine - a date and a rough amount already narrow things down a lot.
We match the payment
The Acquirer Reference Number lets us pin the charge to a specific order, plan and device without asking for your full card.
We check what happened
Activation logs, data usage and carrier status are reviewed so the answer you get is based on facts, not guesses.
You get a resolution
A working eSIM, a corrected number, a refund to the original card - whichever the case calls for, in writing.
Pick what sounds closest - we'll pre-fill the form.
ARN Where to find the reference
The Acquirer Reference Number is a 23-digit code your bank attaches to every card transaction. Open the charge in your banking app and look for "ARN", "reference" or "transaction ID" - or ask your bank's chat to read it out to you.
999.99 Amount and currency
Enter the exact amount from the statement with two decimals, e.g. 24.90, and the currency as a three-letter code: USD, EUR, GBP. If the bank converted the charge, use the amount it shows, not our price list.
6+4 Card digits stay partial
We only ever ask for the first six and last four digits. Never send your full card number, expiry or CVV to anyone - including us.
